Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Packer/Scaler for the 2nd shift at our Cudahy, WI plant. This full-time role involves grading, scaling, labeling, and packing products, with a $22.91/hour starting wage and a $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean workspace. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED preferred and be able to work well in a team, with strong attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Proper grading, scaling, labeling, and packing of products.
• Visual inspection of seals on pouch before packing.
• Pack product into boxes; label containers and weights.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements; rotate tasks every 30 minutes.
