Job Description

1. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
2. Inspect and package automotive products following process sheets
3. Report quality issues immediately to the supervisor
4. Delegate and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure process adherence and job rotation
5. Inspect parts and process before, during, and after packaging
6. Record packaging rates and report scrap
7. Accurately count production, labels, pallets, and finished goods
8. Physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, less than 25 pounds frequently; stand for a 10-hour shift; bend, stoop, climb, and pick items up
