Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Packaging Technician to assemble and package diagnostic test kits for the food safety industry. You will follow SOPs, GMP, GDP, and ISO guidelines while maintaining quality and accuracy in every step of the process.

The 2nd shift runs Mon-Thu 3:00pm-1:30am, with duties including labeling, final inspections, and inventory support. You will work across stations as needed, maintaining lean processes and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assembles diagnostic test kits.
• Labels components.
• Completes production paperwork.
• Performs final inspections, weights, and counts to meet standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follows SMP/SOP and ISO guidelines.
