• Knowledge of lot control and GMPs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train employees when needed.

Responsibilities

• Back up for multiple department positions including Supervisor and Line Lead.
• Read and understand BOMs, manufacturing instructions, and SOPs.
• Coordinate packaging to meet production and quality standards.
• Train employees to perform folding, packing, and palletizing tasks.
• Set performance standards and coach team members.
• Perform changeovers and stage packaging for new orders.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas per GMP.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
• Manage workforce to meet goals and standards.
• Suggest improvements for methods, equipment, and product quality.
• Conduct accident investigations as required.
• Document packaging materials, pallets, and personnel records.
• Control inventory and labeling of supplies; track variances.
