Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, and pack brand-new Hallmark products at our Lawrence production center. You’ll be cross-trained across departments by a supportive team to learn every step of the process and help millions of customers enjoy our products.

This is a full-time, 2nd shift role (Mon–Fri, 3:30pm–11:30pm) with starting pay of $17.35 plus shift differential. You must be able to stand, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in a climate-controlled environment with

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand/wrist motion and fine motor skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally.
• Preferred: warehouse, production, or packaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from a conveyer belt or table and place them in a carton, skid, or fixture.
• Operate manual equipment or assist in production tasks such as tending the press or operating label machines.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and assist in preventative maintenance.
• Report production-related information and handle required paperwork.
