Great Lakes Cheese, Inc. is seeking a Line Attendant to prepare products and packaging according to customer specs, while following GMP and safety policies in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled production area.

You will maintain sanitation, review order specs, weigh and pack products, enter production data, and communicate quality issues to line personnel. Priorities include safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a 50-60 F environment, with product weights up to 35 lbs.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and related equipment.
• Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices.
• Ability to read and prepare production reports and comprehend production worksheets.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
