Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Line Worker to support our frozen foods production. The role involves rotating through packaging stations, assisting the Line Lead, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Shift: 2nd shift, 4:00 pm–1:30 am, Monday–Friday with occasional overtime. Pay starts at $16.65/hr plus a $1.00/hr second-shift premium, totaling $17.65/hr, with a competitive benefits package and on-site meals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a limited number of words and recognize word/number patterns.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, use a calculator, and understand measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and apply common-sense reasoning in routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform packaging line tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at all positions.
• Follow GMP and safety procedures and report issues immediately.
• Identify and address jams or line stoppages to minimize downtime.
• Support changeovers and line setup as needed.
• Assist during overtime peaks and maintain productivity.
