Job summary

Conagra Brands, located in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations on the bread and pizza bagel lines. You will monitor and troubleshoot equipment, supply lines to maintain flow, and perform quality checks to meet standards.

The role requires teamwork across departments and strict adherence to food-safety and OSHA requirements. Shifts run 2:15 PM–2:30 AM with a Monday–Thursday schedule and occasional Fridays.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 50+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.
• Commitment to safety — PPE is provided.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.
• Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
