Job summary

KOST USA is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Packaging Operator (2PM-10:30PM) in Cincinnati, OH. You will work in a fast-paced plant environment, following procedures and safety guidelines to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include loading drums onto skids, labeling containers, filling totes and drums, inspecting hoses, shrink wrapping, forklift operation, and keeping the warehouse organized. Prior packaging experience is welcome, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school education is required.
• Previous packaging experience preferred, but not required.
• Forklift experience required.

• Fill totes, drums, and pails by connecting hoses to pumps or tanks and operating valves.

KOST USA is looking for a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator (2PM-10:30PM) to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated, professional, and organized individual who enjoys detailed work and a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Following all established procedures and abiding by all safety guidelines.
• Loading drums onto skids.
• Placing appropriate labels onto each drum, tote, and pail.
• Filling totes, drums, and pails by hooking up the correct hoses to the correct pump or tank. Opening the appropriate tank valves and turning on the correct pump to fill the container. Visually inspecting the transfer hose and container for leaks. Blowing the line clear after each transfer.
• Shrink wrapping and storing containers in the appropriate location within the plant. This requires the use of the forklift.
• Keeping the plant and warehouse organized, safe and clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Required Experience:

• High school education is required.
• Previous packaging experience preferred, but not required.
• Forklift experience required.
