Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking a Machine Operator on 2nd shift (4:00pm - 2:30am, Monday - Thursday with weekends as needed) to operate high-speed filling and packaging equipment and support safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You will work with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure consistent product quality, with a base hourly rate of $18.54 plus a $1.00 shift differential when on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork and communication.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate fillers and associated packaging equipment to safely produce quality product at targeted line speeds.
• Control machine functions including starting/stopping and speed adjustments.
• Maintain vigilance for jams, spills, or upsets; minimize downtime.
• Perform routine checks for codes, labels, fills, and packaging integrity.
• Complete production and downtime records accurately and on time.
• Communicate with downline and maintenance about performance issues and safety.
• Monitor work area for unsafe conditions and support GMP programs.
