Inland Packaging is seeking a 2nd Shift Packaging Associate in La Crosse, WI to operate equipment and prepare printed labels for shipment. You will inspect and package products to customer specs and support the production line to maintain safety and efficiency.

The role includes cross-training across production areas and contributing to teamwork to hit daily goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a willingness to learn new tech and maintain a positive attitude.

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential

Shift: 2nd Shift

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Typical Day in the Role:

The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include:

• Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
• Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications
• Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
