Job summary

Inland Packaging is seeking a Day Shift Machine Operator in La Crosse, WI. This is a regular full-time position on rotating 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, with starting wages of $19.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

The role involves operating a machine that prepares printed labels for production, inspecting output quality, and cross-training across production areas. A HS diploma or GED and 1+ years of manufacturing experience are required.

Starting Wage:$19.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Work Schedule:Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:

• Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
• Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours

Typical Day in the Role:

The Offline Jogger is responsible for tasks that include:
