Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with filling and packaging orders, maintain warehouse inventory, and support shipping preparations. The role runs 2:00 PM–10:00 PM with a starting pay range of $16–$17 per hour plus a $2 shift differential.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse software, grouping and labeling packages, and ensuring products are shipped on schedule. Flexibility for overtime and training participation is required.

Qualifications

• Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental procedures and/or methods when completing assignments.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications and identify correct parts for fulfilling customer orders.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling/packaging orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse management software and packing procedures.
• Load/unload materials and prepare items for shipping.
• Maintain inventory and support training and development of staff.
• Meet productivity and quality standards and assist with special projects.
