Job summary

You will proactively maintain safety standards, assist teammates, and meet daily quotas while delivering excellent customer service. W-2 employment only, hourly wage $22.00.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in distribution preferred but not required.
• No degree required.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and diplomacy with emotional intelligence.
• Customer service mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently using handheld devices and ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items using handheld devices, preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Pack products accurately using the SPS system to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners and computers per safety protocols.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards to leadership.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Follow all company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions to support overall operations.
