Job summary

Simon & Schuster is seeking a 2nd Shift Order Selector for its distribution facility in Delran, NJ. The role involves selecting replenishment for Split Case using an Order Selector and returning product to stock with accuracy and speed.

Must have RF scanner experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand for long periods. OT may be required; safety standards must be followed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience as Order Selector preferred.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for shifts.
• Must work independently with attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety standards and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Picking replenishment for Split Case using Order Selector.
• Putting return product back to stock using Order Selector.
• Following SOPs to meet LM picking quotas.
• Using RF device.
• Picking labels.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Picking replenishment for Split Case using Order Selector
• Putting return product back to stock using Order Selector
• Following SOPs to meet LM picking quotas
• Using RF device
• Picking labels
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• Order Selector Exp.
• RF Scanner Exp.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, reach, twist, bend, continuously
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to abide by all safety standards
• Work OT as needed
