Job summary

Simon & Schuster in Delran, NJ is seeking a 2nd Shift Order Selector for its distribution facility. You will pick replenishments for split cases using the Order Selector and place returned products back to stock using the same device.

The role requires RF device operation, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending and repetitive motion, with strict adherence to SOPs to meet LM quotas. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience as an Order Selector.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Picking replenishment for Split Case using Order Selector.
• Returning products to stock using Order Selector.
• Following SOPs to meet LM picking quotas.
• Using RF device for picking and labeling.
• Picking labels and documenting activity.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Putting return product back to stock using Order Selector
• Following SOPs to meet LM picking quotas
• Using RF device
• Picking labels
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• Order Selector Exp.
• RF Scanner Exp.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, reach, twist, bend, continuously
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to abide by all safety standards
• Work OT as needed

SCHEDULED WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
