Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN, is hiring an Order Picker/Stocker Associate to process orders, maintain inventory, and ensure accuracy and quality. The role operates on 2:30 pm–11:00 pm (2nd shift), Monday–Friday, with overtime and possible Saturday work.

You will keep production at 72 units per hour or greater, aim for a defect rate of 0.02% or less, and uphold a safe, clean work environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential, as is the ability to follow directions

Responsibilities

Process orders for external and internal customers, meeting requirements on time with zero defects.
Maintain active inventory, preserve garments, and communicate inventory adjustments.
Keep production at 72 unit hours or greater.
Maintain a quality standard of 0.02% or less.
Uphold a safe and clean work environment worthy of representation.
