Job summary

ADP, Inc. in De Pere, Wisconsin is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair Optical Lab equipment and to perform preventive maintenance across lab and facility systems. The role offers on-site work, a fixed schedule, and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and strength in problem solving, communication, and teamwork; optical experience is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance procedures preferred.
• Optical lab experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Optical Lab equipment.
• Complete weekly preventive maintenance on machines.
• Set up new lab equipment and perform calibrations.
• Document all repair and maintenance actions.
• Communicate with vendors for parts orders and diagnosis.
• Perform facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical tasks.
