Job summary

DSV is seeking a Supervisor, Operations II for the 2nd shift at our Wichita, USA location. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating and measuring warehouse operations to meet customer schedules and performance targets.

Responsibilities include establishing daily schedules, maintaining productivity standards, truck routing, loading/unloading, and ensuring safety and service quality. This is a full-time, evening shift position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations scheduling and coordinating daily workflows.
• Familiarity with ISO level operation guidelines and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain training requirements for staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers
• Develop and monitor productivity standards
• Establish and maintain daily operating schedules
• Coordinate daily cycle counts
• Develop and maintain training requirements for all employees
• Routing trucks in and out of the warehouse when needed
• Load and Unload trucks when necessary
• Check in and break down import freight when necessary
• Write up documentation for exporting freight when necessary
• Maintain safe working environment
• Provide customer service to prevent and resolve errors
• Other duties as assigned
