• Estimated annual base pay: $70,500 (min) - $88,000 (midpoint) - $105,000 (max)

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality standards

• Monitor daily build rates, communicate expectations, and remove barriers
• Report shift performance, needs, and escalate issues as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Up to 2 years of leadership experience or relevant operations experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; 2-4 year degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and resolve problems effectively
• Leadership skills to motivate and resolve team issues
