Adecco Staffing is seeking an Operations Supervisor - 2nd Shift for a client site in Moreno Valley, CA. This temp-to-hire role leads day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, productivity, and accuracy while meeting service levels.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment and can oversee activities across receiving, picking, packing, replenishment and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Proficient in WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign labor and workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates.
• Conduct shift huddles, assign tasks, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage attendance, performance reviews, and coaching actions.
• Enforce OSHA standards and safety programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver shift reports and productivity updates.
