Job summary

Deerfield Packaging is seeking Warehouse Workers to support order fulfillment and shipping operations. The role operates Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm with overtime potential, in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, and strict adherence to safety protocols including PPE. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work well in a team.

• Take pick ticket to bin location, select required item in correct quantity and deliver to packing station.
• Provide quality assurance as final point of contact with tool before delivery.
• Follow specific and tight timetables for fulfillment and delivery.
• Apply UPC codes to all tools that require labeling.
• Fulfill additional customer specified packaging requirements, such as generating packing slips, bubble wrapping shipments, navigating web-based portals, etc.

Job Characteristics

• Perform order fulfillment per instruction and customer demand
• Fulfill various order types, such as expedited orders, out of stock orders, back orders and exported orders
• Take pick ticket to bin location, select required item in correct quantity and deliver to packing station
• Provide quality assurance as final point of contact with tool before delivery
• Follow specific and tight timetables for fulfillment and delivery
• Apply UPC codes to all tools that require labeling
• Fulfill additional customer specified packaging requirements, such as generating packing slips, bubble wrapping shipments, navigating web-based portals, etc.
