Job summary

ABB onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas seeks a production support role to assist supervisors with shift planning and execution. You will help allocate tasks, ensure materials are available, and respond to issues on the production line with leadership and safety focus.

You will train team members, support cross-training, and adapt to changing priorities while adhering to OT expectations as needed to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Good communication skills and ability to influence.
• Basic business acumen and problem solving ability.
• Safety and quality focused with data-driven mindset.
• Computer literate and able to develop and present data.

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Jonesboro, Arkansas

This position works 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday, with OT as needed to meet customer demand.

• This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Assists production supervisors in allocating, coordinating and overseeing shift order and work plan execution within production lines during shifts.
• Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line.
• Including production line organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.
• Ensures that operators have materials necessary to complete tasks.
• Assists in training and cross-training of team members. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for the role:

• HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience / training or combination
