Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a hands-on Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician in Auburn Hills, MI. You will inspect new vehicles, install accessories, and ensure every vehicle is customer-ready before delivery.

You’ll work with a variety of new vehicles in a fast-paced automotive environment, following established inspection procedures and documenting labour time. Monday–Friday schedule, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
• Ability to read service manuals and document work clearly.
• Read and follow service manuals and repair procedures.

• Be able to lift and move parts weighing up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.
• Install vehicle accessories as required.
• Scan vehicles using WyoTech tablets.
• Clean and detail vehicles when needed.
• Document labour time and report any issues found during inspections.
• Read and follow service manuals and repair procedures.
• Help ensure every vehicle meets quality standards before delivery.
