Job summary

Kautex is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor Technology to oversee blow molding, injection molding, and hot-plate welding operations. You will guide technicians and process leaders to hit production targets while maintaining safety and quality. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Role requires experience with electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems, plus a willingness to work a flexible 2nd shift schedule including nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Blow Molding, Hot Plate Welding, or related equipment.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Robotics experience preferred (FANUC).
• Prior leadership, coaching, and mentoring of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee blow molding, injection molding, and hot-plate welding processes to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor machine operation across molding platforms to meet targets (cycle times, shot weights, injection parameters).
• Ensure thorough documentation (parameter logs, machine logs, work orders, quality checks, change management).
• Identify waste reduction and material recycling opportunities across processes.
