Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Mixer for the 2nd shift in Hanover, PA. You will produce dough by mixing raw materials and automatically transporting it to conveyor lines, while performing visual inspections and weight/temperature checks to ensure specifications are met.

You will adjust mixer speeds and keep records, resolve production issues with supervisors, and perform sanitation duties as part of daily responsibilities. Overtime may be required; prior food-manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents with strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Produces product by mixing raw materials and transporting the dough to conveyor lines.
• Performs visual inspection of product and checks for out-of-spec characteristics and weight/dough temperature.
• Adjusts mixer speeds, cutter speeds, and records test samples to meet specifications; communicates issues for maintenance.
• Performs sanitation duties according to daily or shift schedule.
