EOSIS in Sauk Rapids, MN is hiring a full-time Medication Aide for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm). You will support individuals in addiction treatment and behavioral health services, administering medications under supervision and collaborating with nurses, counselors, and technicians to ensure safe, recovery-oriented care.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and medication administration training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School education or GED.
• Training of medication administration.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a chemical dependency facility preferred.
• CPR and first aid certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to patients under the supervision of a nurse.
• Verify patient identity and document the name of drug and time of administration on forms.
• Present medication to patient and observe ingestion or other application.
• May take vital signs or observe patient to detect reactions to medications and report as needed.
• Record and restock medication inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
