Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a 2nd shift Medical Cleaner in Fort Wayne, IN to perform janitorial services in commercial buildings. The team focuses on high standards of integrity and urgent customer service.

Positions start after 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekend shifts available. Compensation is $16.00 per hour plus a $100.00 Perfect Attendance Bonus and a $300.00 Referral Bonus.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively independently or with a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms.
• Cleaning sinks, countertops in break rooms.
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Cleaning windowsills and vents.
• Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintaining janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
