Job summary

Encore Senior Living is seeking a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) full-time Med Aide/Caregiver in Portage, WI. The role covers medication administration, daily resident care, and accurate record-keeping, with training provided. Must be at least 18 and have healthcare exposure; HS diploma required. Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents and assist with daily care
• Properly store medications and keep the medication room clean
• Maintain resident records and monitor health, safety, and well-being
• Report changes in residents' condition to Wellness Director
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
