Job summary

VEGA Americas is seeking a 2nd Shift Mechanical Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Mason, OH. You will assemble parts following drawings and work instructions, pulling materials per work orders and fastening components with bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.

Shift hours are 1:00pm to 10:00pm. We value mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative attitude as we produce instrumentation for safe and efficient industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts according to work orders.
• Follows production drawings and/or work instructions to complete assembly.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Has ability to use various hand tools, including but not limited to a survey meter, micrometer, caliper, ohmmeter, precision level, dial indicator, torque wrench, and torch.
