Job summary

INNIO Group is seeking skilled Mechanical Assemblers for the 2nd shift at our Trenton, NJ facility. You will assemble modules and subassemblies, integrate components, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics to maintain production flow.

The role requires reading technical drawings, following instructions, and ensuring quality with strong problem-solving and teamwork. High school diploma and vocational training are preferred, with attention to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly preferred.
• Completed technical vocational training, preferably in the metal sector, or several years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork abilities, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications.
• Integrate various components into complete systems.
• Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols.
• Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
