Job Description: Mechanical Assembler - 2nd shift

Leading automation company in Westborough, MA is currently looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler. This is a temp to hire opportunity in a growing company!

Shift: 3:30pm-12:00am

Pay Rate: $19/hr plus 10% shift differential

Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of assembly operations for electrical and mechanical products, following written procedures, drawings, and workmanship standards.
2. Build mechanical and electrical assemblies.
3. Follow detailed instructions using bills of materials, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
4. Assemble and fabricate assemblies with hand and power tools.
5. Assemble electrical panels and boxes.
6. Ensure products meet assembly process specifications.
7. Collaborate with teams of 2-8 people.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED; technical school preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Mechanical dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
5. Experience with hand and power tools.
6. Familiarity with work instructions and blueprints is a plus.
