Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to read SOPs and equipment manuals.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts on a 7-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and repair of equipment and mechanical systems.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and pillar activities to support SQMS.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for equipment on lines.
• Complete reliability tracking and gap analysis for maintenance metrics.
• Lead and delegate maintenance tasks and ensure safety and quality standards.
