Job summary

L'Oréal Streetsboro facility is seeking a Material Movement Specialist II - Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. You will manage replenishment, packing, and shipping using SAP, RF tech, and Manhattan systems, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements include warehouse experience, ability to obtain forklift certification, strong English communication, and willingness to work overtime. US work authorization is required; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Distribution/Fulfillment/Warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification requires written permit test and hands-on assessment.
• Proficient in written English.
• Ability to communicate with team, supervisor, and all departments.
• General computer knowledge (Manhattan experience a plus).
• Ability to follow direction with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment of pick areas, manual order processing, shipment preparation, pallet building; may use powered industrial equipment, RF scanners, or hand-held equipment and labor management systems.
• Perform on-site and off-site warehousing duties, including movement of materials and space optimization; use powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Perform order fulfillment duties, reviewing/prioritizing orders, picking/packing, preparing for shipping; SAP and RF as needed.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently followed.
• Perform sortation duties, lifting cartons, palletizing, printing pallet tickets, moving freight to dock; Manhattan and RF as needed.
