Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Computer literacy and good communication skills needed.
• Physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job tickets and layouts to produce high-quality products.
• Follow production schedules to maximize throughput.
• Coordinate workflow with associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per policies (GMP/HACCP/BRC).
• Operate material handling equipment safely and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Enter data into systems for tracking and payroll.
• Support special projects and maintain daily housekeeping.
