Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and labels.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product sorting and handling.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures from -10°F to 40°F.
• Reliability, punctuality and positive team attitude.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime or weekends if required.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets according to storage specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance specifications are met.
• Physically stack and unstack pallets.
• Support the shipping line by maintaining a steady flow of product or removal.
• Read SKU numbers and sort product by size/SKU for loading.
• Adhere to SQF guidelines and maintain attendance.
