Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and labels.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate product sorting and handling.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive team‑oriented attitude.
• Able to work assigned shift hours, including overtime or weekends if required.
• Willingness to cross‑train and assist in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets according to storage specifications and ensure pattern meets requirements.
• Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance specifications are met.
• Physically stack and unstack pallets.
• Support shipping line by maintaining a constant flow of product or removal.
• Read SKU numbers and sort product by size/SKU for loading.
• Perform other duties and work in other departments as assigned.
• Adhere to SQF guidelines.
• Maintain reasonable and reliable attendance.
