Job summary

Astronics AES is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Redmond, WA. This is an onsite position on 2nd shift, working Monday - Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. in the facility.

The Material Handler will move freight and materials for the production line, stock/distribute, cycle counts, and support receiving. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience; forklift/pallet jack familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Stock and distribute products and materials in inventory warehouses and manufacturing lines
• Package and prepare products and merchandise for the shipping clerk
• Prepare and maintain records of items shipped (purchase orders, manual shippers, work orders)
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Periodically rotate in receiving for cross training
• May drive a non-CDL box truck for deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
