Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Material Handler for an in-person role in Vermont. You will transfer and replenish materials using manual and powered equipment, palletize, wrap, and load goods for shipments, and audit packing accuracy.

This position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong communication across departments, and flexibility with Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift. DOT certification may be pursued; weekly pay and on-demand wage option are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manual pallet jacks or similar equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication across departments.
• Willingness to obtain DOT certification and drive a box truck if needed.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Flexibility with changing priorities and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Move and replenish materials between locations using equipment.
• Stack, wrap, and load finished goods for shipments.
• Audit shipping locations, labels, and packing accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with packaging, shipping irregulars, and recycling.
• Support weekly cycle counts with manufacturing teams.
