Litehouse Foods in Lowell, MI is seeking a Material Handler II for the 3pm–11:30pm shift. Starting pay is $19.97 per hour with additional shift differentials of $1.50 for 2nd shift and $3.00 for 3rd/D/C shift.

Responsibilities include operating powered industrial trucks, picking and packing customer orders, and maintaining inventory Records using handheld scanners. This entry-level to mid-career role offers a path in a 100% employee-owned food manufacturer known for community leadership,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred (we'll provide certification if needed).
• Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely.
• Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
• Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties.
• Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.

What You'll Do
