Job summary

MasterMold is seeking reliable Material Handlers to support our production teams by managing raw materials, supplies, and product staging on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm).

You will operate forklifts and pallet handling equipment, receive and stock materials, stage parts to meet production demands, follow safety procedures, and uphold customer loading standards in a warehouse environment. Teamwork and continuous improvement are emphasized to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience.
• Must be reliable and organized with strong math skills.
• Certified forklift operator or willing to be certified on the job.
• Team-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, hand jacks, and pallet handling equipment.
• Receive, handle, and stock incoming materials and supplies.
• Stage parts and product to meet production demands.
• Follow work instructions and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of customer standards for proper loading/unloading.
• Handle materials with care and precision to avoid damage.
