Job summary

Stratas Foods, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a skilled Material Handler/Forklift Operator for 2nd shift to safely move goods, load and unload trucks, and maintain precise inventory using RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of forklift experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Training on 1st shift may be required for 2–3 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years forklift operator experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to move products and materials throughout facility.
• Use RF scanners to scan, put away, receive, pick, and ship inventory with accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers and stage materials within the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and transactions.
• Follow Safety, GMP, and Warehouse protocols and procedures.
