Job summary

SPX Technologies, Engineered Air Movement division, is seeking a Shipping-Material Handler for the 2nd shift in Smyrna, Tennessee. The role focuses on safe, efficient movement, storage, and preparation of goods, including loading/unloading trucks, inventory processing, and packaging to support on-time orders.

Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years in warehouse operations, forklift certification or ability to obtain, strong safety awareness, and good communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
• 1 year experience certified Fork truck (or the ability to obtain one).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
• Process inventory, pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate logs and support ERP/WMS-based inventory control.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment in accordance with safety standards.
