Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is hiring a 2nd shift Order Picker in Lansing, MI. You will efficiently pick and pack customer orders using an order picker, RF scanner, and cherry picker, then build pallets for outbound shipments. Safety is paramount with PPE and teamwork emphasized.

We offer competitive pay ($18.50/hour), benefits after 90 days, a 5-day work week with weekends off, daily pay, and growth opportunities in a casual team environment.

Qualifications

• Solid work experience picking orders with a cherry picker and RF scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years
• Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift 50+ pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test

Join Our Team as a 2nd Shift Order Picker!

Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we’ve been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we’re looking for Material Handlers to help us keep tails wagging!

Pay: $18.50/hour

Location: Lansing, Michigan

Schedules Available: 2nd Shift: Mon–Friday 3:30 pm – 12:00 am - mandatory overtime if needed.
