Job summary

Lindsay Corporation is seeking a Material Handler in Lindsay, Nebraska. This role supports production by storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders, while upholding Lindsay Safety Policies.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, forklift/crane experience or CDL, and good math/reading skills. Medical PPE and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift and/or crane operators preferred; certification obtained through employment.
• CDL a plus.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to follow written/oral/diagrammed instructions.
• Must be able to wear PPE (metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, ear plugs, etc).
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Position Summary:

The Shipper position is a very important component to the production of both our infrastructure and agricultural products. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Essential functions:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. Must be able to adhere to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift and/or crane operators preferred, Certification with obtained through employment.
• CDL a plus
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, ear plugs, etc)
• Must be able to communicate in English
