Job summary

Lindsay Corporation is seeking a Material Handler in Lindsay, Nebraska. The role supports production of infrastructure and agricultural products by improving material flow, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders, while following safety policies and PPE requirements. Prior warehouse experience and forklift/crane familiarity are preferred, with a CDL considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift and/or crane operators preferred; certification obtained through employment.
• CDL a plus.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Must wear PPE (boots, eyewear, hard hats, gloves, etc).
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Position Summary:

The Shipper position is a very important component to the production of both our infrastructure and agricultural products. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Essential functions:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. Must be able to adhere to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Forklift and/or crane operators preferred, Certification with obtained through employment.
• CDL a plus
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, ear plugs, etc)
• Must be able to communicate in English
