Job summary

Crystal Group Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler in Hiawatha, IA. The role supports production and customer orders by issuing and pulling materials, handling inventory, and updating records.

You will work 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, on-site with a focus on accuracy and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate has experience with inventory, small components, GMP, and the ability to operate industrial equipment, including a forklift.

Qualifications

• Experience with small piece components, inventory control, and GMP preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods up to eight hours or more.
• Must be able to reach above head and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven attention to detail and team-focused work approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stockroom organization and update inventory; perform cycle counts.
• Process material requirements from sales orders, project requests, and MRP.
• Package and route machine parts; enter transactions in the system.
• Assist with tooling storage and kitting; communicate with Stockroom team for smooth flow.
• Load and unload part tumblers; operate fork truck as needed.
• Keep area clean and safe; comply with ESD policy and safety practices.

This role assists with receiving and tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, updating spreadsheets, stocking shelves, and ensuring the stockroom remains organized and efficient.
