CTDI is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday-Friday) in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include picking, packing, shipping, and handling various materials while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will also document activities and follow safety regulations.

We offer weekly pay, a monthly incentive bonus, and comprehensive benefits. High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Execute foundational warehouse tasks: packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping, and production prep.
• Cut open boxed inventory and place on shelves or flow rack.
• Wrap cords neatly and label or color-code as needed for easy identification.
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality goals; complete paperwork promptly.

A Material Handler (pick/pack/ship) performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.

2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $16.08 plus 10% shift differential

Duties and Responsibilities

• Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including but not limited to: packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production.
• Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
• Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
• Walk the length of the flow rack.
• Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle-free.
• Assist with labeling, tagging, or color-coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
• All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Clerical skills.
• Time-management skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment.
• Stand dynamically for long periods.
• Use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel; the ability to type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp or turn with hands.
• Lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Push and/or pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Reach up and out with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to climb stairs or ladders.
