Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks a capable team member for our Madison, AL plant on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am). Start pay is $19.44 per hour, with a $0.50 per hour shift differential.

Responsibilities include supporting a manufacturing operation, helping with all plant-floor tasks, and upholding safety and 5S standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to work overtime/weekends, and a strong commitment to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to work the first and second shift.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Assist all jobs on the plant floor as needed.
• Follow safety rules including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain 5S shop standards and equipment.
