Job summary

Openwork is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a fast-paced production facility in Houston, TX. The role is 2nd shift, full-time, temp-to-hire, with a hourly pay of $18.00–$18.50 and weekly pay.

As a Technician, you will operate filling and packaging equipment, fill containers, label finished products, and maintain production records while following safety and quality procedures. You will stand for long periods and support a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, production, or packaging experience.
• Experience operating filling or packaging equipment is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packaging equipment.
• Fill cartridges, bottles, syringes, tubes, and other containers.
• Label and package finished products.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area.
• Safely handle adhesives, chemicals, and production materials.
• Prepare finished products for storage and shipment.
